      Pros

      Collaborative environment. Friendly coworkers and extensive time off. Plenty of perks and great health care options. Team building activities and great social environment.

      Cons

      Long hours. Sometimes days would extend past end of shift. Holidays difficult to get off due to the fact that they are not guaranteed. Environment moves very quickly and promotion not always guaranteed.
