      Pros

      Even though I never intended to have a career in news, CNN was the best place for me to learn my strengths and helped me come into my own as an all around producer.

      Cons

      Management didn't necessarily support the importance of work-life balance. I wish that there was more diversity on the management team.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
