      Pros

      Definitely good benefits as far as tv networks go, a lot of vacation time, but only certain people get to work remote

      Cons

      very hard to get promoted or a raise, easy to get stuck doing the same thing with no growth, so few social events it feels like you're discouraged to be friendly with other departments
