      Blacks do not get promoted. All of executives minus the diversity chief are white. It's hard to get promoted. Hostile work environment.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
