      As an intern in the newsroom, your supervisor is always busy and might not always have the time to help you, but by figuring things out yourself you learn a lot.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
