      Great 401k matching, 20+ weeks of parental leave, hybrid work, competitive pay, unlimited pto and they encourage you to take time off

      Cons

      Horrible work schedules, you’ll work holidays, often short staffed, you will get exhausted and burnt out, difficult to get promoted if you aren’t a cis white male or just white.
