      The other departments within technical operations are amazing people to work with in the control room and studio. Look at those jobs.

      Cons

      Management. You have no opportunities for growth, you will be reprimanded for even trying to learn or grow within the company. It does not matter how good you are at your job, if your supervisor does not like you, you will be targeted.

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
