Pros

Bad company culture: - bad leadership - telling employees that they might get fired if they don't preform well seems to be common. Leading with fear and negative energy instead of motivation and support. - No trust - company claims that they have flexible working hours and that you can work from home but you can only do that if you are going to the doctors. They also expect you to work overtime otherwise you "don't work hard enough". - No development culture - no training or on boarding program. They are developing it now, few workshops to keep people satisfied. - If someone has different ideas that don't align with the Managers then you will most probably get fired or leave since no one will care about your "good" ideas. They hire smart people but don't want to listen to them since they think that they know best. - Turn over rate is super high and people are just leaving as soon as they have an opportunity. Management seems to ignore this problem, claiming that this is normal. -A blaming culture - everything is blamed on people and management dosen't want to see that something is wrong. If people are leaving then it is them, they don't fit in. If people didn't get feedback for more than 3 months then it is their fault, "you should have asked for it". - no transparency - company claims that they are transparent but they are usually avoiding the key questions. - no career path - no clear guidelines on how people can grow or be promoted. The question was raised several times but they are still developing the it. - No gender equality - sales team are mostly men and leadership is also just men. 2 -3 women in leadership positions out of around 14-16 Managers.

We would also like to comment your statement with regards to onboarding and personal development. Our people and therefore their personal and professional development are key for us. Since 2019 we offer our new joiners a structured onboarding lasting 5 days (and even 10 days for sales). Furthermore, for the professional development of our employees we kicked off the COMATCH academy. In total we conducted 19 skills training sessions with over 138 participants in 2019. The recommendation rate of our trainings is 9.9 out of 10. We are very proud of this! Many greetings Jeannine
