      I found the pay and benefits to be pretty decent. I think I started with 4 weeks PTO and the pay was competitive.

      Cons

      No support when things went haywire. Found myself as the only nurse after my colleague quit suddenly... forced to work 80 hours/week for several months. Then found myself in a battle to try to block a potential new resident who was known to be quite violent. I lost the battle, he moved in and I got beat up almost immediately. That was the last straw for me, and quite honestly I hung on far too long

      Pros

      Flexible work load, free lunch provided most days, full time plus benefits, diverse friendly work community, good pay.

      Cons

      Resources were very limited which was the premise of the care coordinator position, most people need housing resources and there aren't many realistic options other than shelters. Always the weight of every members emergencies was overbearing especially when it feels like you cant really help them.
