Great benefits but very poor management and severely limited growth - N/A CSA Group Employee Review

- Poor upper management (very set in their ways, stubborn, very self-serving) - Internal promos to management severely lacking management skills. They would much rather promote someone who drinks the Kool-Aid then seeks to improve the business - Very little room for upward growth; poor cross-training and lack of opportunities - Poor work-life balance - RTO mandate is complete nonsense/unnecessary - CEO is completely out of touch with realistic needs of the business, decisions made are NOT in-line with employee satisfaction at all
