Worst Company I've Ever Worked For - Human Resources CSM Bakery Solutions Employee Review

Everything. CSM is awful. It is very poorly managed and it's very evident considering the changes and lost accounts over the last couple of years. They have no clear direction. It is very unstructured and severely unorganized. I absolutely HATED CSM. The culture is AWFUL. I honestly cannot believe that they are still operating. CSM will go bankrupt very soon and do a massive layoff. Leave NOW!!
