Pros
CT has been an incredible journey and has made me grow as a professional way quicker than I would in any other position. I have never worked this hard in my entire life but it has been super rewarding and enjoyable. The company has amazing methods of keeping employees incentivized and motivated, and I am a perfect case of this method working! Despite all staff members working entirely remotely, all over the world, the work culture and positive environment is something I have looked for in other jobs but never found until now. I cannot wait to see how I grow as the company grows in the years to come.
Cons
Working with Time Doctor has its annoyances. Additionally, due to being a remote employee, I do not qualify for some of the same benefits as US-based employees, such as sick leave and life insurance benefits.
