      Pros

      The company is very inclusive, and the employees are respectful to each other. Flexible working schedule is available which is a great plus for parents! The career development program is motivating and allows the top performing employees to advance.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons! CT is truly the best place I worked in.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
