Pros
The company provides a good salary with bonuses as well as a good benefits package. They will also pay for job training and certifications. The relaxed dress code was nice as well. Travel opportunities if you enjoy working weekends.
Cons
The management team in the networking department where I worked needs to be restructured. Everyone is a VP or EVP. Screaming obscenities at employees was fairly common. The department heads don’t communicate with staff or with each other. Managers frequently failed to take responsibility for their actions and blamed screwups on the engineering team. Team turnover was high due to toxic leadership.
