Some of the company and employees are decent.

Cons

Worst I.T. Department, systems and practices, and I.T. management on the planet. I.T. Managers have their own side company that is set up to profit from CU Answers operations.

Pros

The company provides a good salary with bonuses as well as a good benefits package. They will also pay for job training and certifications. The relaxed dress code was nice as well. Travel opportunities if you enjoy working weekends.

Cons

The management team in the networking department where I worked needs to be restructured. Everyone is a VP or EVP. Screaming obscenities at employees was fairly common. The department heads don’t communicate with staff or with each other. Managers frequently failed to take responsibility for their actions and blamed screwups on the engineering team. Team turnover was high due to toxic leadership.

Tons of educational opportunities if you have time.

Cons

HIGH turnover rate in Network Services due to the poor management style of a certain "Salesperson". He does not care about you as an employee and makes it obvious. HR knows that his management and approach to employees is a problem and refuse to deal with it. I would love working here if Management was at least held to account for their actions.
