Pros

Stable. Very few layoffs. Do your job and you'll succeed. There are good people working here, but the best get their talents stifled. Some good people do fine jobs in spite of the culture. Also, the one-woman HR department is great.

Cons

The owner has his fingers in everything and, paradoxically, won't do anything; "I know I'm not a ____ but I think..." If you don't know a thing, aren't your opinions about it mostly invalid? In this age, you can hire a consultant or professional to do just about anything, but CUES won't wise up.

Pros

Professional development: CUES emphasizes employee growth through training and advancement programs, helping reps build long‑term careers. Autonomy: Sales reps often manage their own territories, giving them independence while still backed by corporate resources.

Cons

Commission variability: Earnings depend heavily on closing deals, which can fluctuate month to month. Sales reps often cover large territories, meaning regular overnight trips and time away from home.

Pros

Free food sometimes that is good at best

Cons

Deadlines missed constantly due to poor judgement from management, contributors always end up as the scapegoats. Good place to grow if you’re a sycophant.
