About Company: The company cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to create a positive work environment. Lots of room for advancement and growth within the company. --> Its a great place to work and technically I have improved, and learnt a lot. --> Learned time management, to work under positive pressure and to focus on the company targets. --> Work is at the right amounts always. Lot of scope to explore latest technologies like Salesforce and evergreen .NET technologies too. Regarding HR & Management: -->Best culture, good HR policies. --> The most eligible, and worthy HR persons are working in both onsite and offshore. We have activities on Leadership training, Team Building and other such personality development events like Thoughtful Thursdays, Friday Fun Event. I seriously doubt if I would get to meet such HR persons in any of future companies, if at all I am planning to move out of CVM. Whenever we go with an issue(which is a reasonable and authentic) will surely get the right attention and resolved quickly. ---> There are increased onsite visits this year which is again a motivating step taken by the organization for improving the connectivity between onsite and offshore. They are investing more on events like innovation events which is a forum to bring our the hidden creative talents. Overall, I am enjoying my journey with this company and wishing to see this company achieving great heights.
