Pros

CVM Solutions has a great benefits package and some of the senior level management are very understanding when emergencies/circumstances arise. It is also in a very interesting industry.

Cons

Moving out of your position is tough. Usually persons are hired outside of the company for open positions. You have to be able create a position, fill it and maybe you will get out of your department. Being understaffed also inhibits the ability to grow because you are so focused on tasks at hand, you cannot move on.

Great place to grow internally, and expand your skill-set and responsibilities. If you show enthusiasm, drive, and optimism you will be rewarded. Working at a premiere organization with Fortune 100 clients is invaluable in your career growth.

Cons

Communication and cooperation across departments is sometimes lacking. However if you thrive in an environment where you are not micromanaged you will have no problems meeting expectations so long as they are done on time and correctly.
