      Pros

      NONE! I don't see a future for anyone that does not speak Spanish. If it seems the line people don't hear you it's more that they don't understand you. The line workers memorize certain phrases so they can do their jobs.

      Cons

      Total discrimination because I am not Spanish! I was yelled at, pushed (physically), and talked about by my Spanish speaking co-workers. I am a former employee as of today.

      Pros

      Very understanding management alongside kind customers. A lot of flexibility with difficult scheduling, and it was easy to learn the ropes. A strong community.

      Cons

      A tendency to cut corners heavily, whether it be through supplies or other means.
