You have all the resources needed to assist users!
Cons
Calendly is growing fast, which means continuous changes and a fast-paced environment, which will require you to keep up with new information. Since Customer Service provides vital assistance to the users 24/7, the Support team receives less perks!

The Calendly People Team
Great pay and benefits. Calendly is largely remote so yo have tremendous flexibility. The leaders really care about employee culture and engagement while balancing business outcomes. They support career growth and development. Despite what reviews say, Calendly is one of the best places I have worked, and I have worked at a lot of companies. Come see for yourself or ask someone who has been at the company more than 3 years.
Cons
Like anyone company still findings it’s way, there can be constant changes and a need to pivot the startegy. Don’t come here expecting consistency, change must happen and it happens often!

Pros
Good people to be found, fully remote
Cons
Culture plummeted in my last year or two, and there was never any direction for me or my peers to feel like we had the tools we needed to grow. Priorities were in the wrong place and I no longer felt valued, just simply a number on a roster. My manager also would go from micromanaging to days-long silence, neither of which made for a productive work environment.
