Pros

A paycheck gets deposited into my bank account

Cons

any positive review posted on 10/22 or after is fake. go ahead and count how many of them were posted in a single day. Why you ask? Because management asked employees to go onto glassdoor and post positive reviews to boost the rating.

In our recent All Hands Meeting on October 22, we asked employees to provide comments on Glassdoor, share links about open positions on both Facebook and LinkedIn, and refer others to work for us to help us accelerate hiring due to client growth. Pros

This used to be a great company to work at. Prospects seemed exciting, advancement seemed possible. Leadership would occasionally send us gift cards to order lunch while working from home and regularly host various social events at the office locations or local venues. Former managers were knowledgeable SMEs and hosted collaborative work-alongs for new employees.

Cons

Subpar compensation. Shareholders. Layoffs and restructuring blamed on AI. Self-important, myopic middle management who instead of reducing meetings as instructed, will schedule more. They can't imagine their purpose beyond commanding the use of others time and attention, even if it is just to pontificate about the same no-solution based topics.
