      1. Stable work 2.No micromanagement 3. Unlimited $.5 drinks 4. Okie Health plan

      Cons

      1. Force everyone to come to the office, except for certain teams/managers who don’t need to follow that policy. 2. Monitors are straight out of the early 2010s with 1080p resolution, making your eyes scream after a few hours. Some cables don’t even work. But hey, no worries—those who don’t have to come to the office wouldn’t know the pain. 3. Make employees trek to a far-off office and then expect us to pay for parking? Thanks for that. 4. Force employees to install a suspicious app on their personal phones that can access… everything. What could go wrong? 5. And, of course, the cherry on top: low salary and constant overwork.

      New parent company is investing in our business. Stock is at a 52 week high. 79 consecutive quarters of growth and profitability. Refreshing!

      Cons

      Hard to recruit great sales professionals and engineers. Non-compete contracts are sticky. We need help serving more customers in the market.

      Pros

      Small team and approachable team leads. The focus of employees is to improve their skillset and there are opportunities to do it. You are not micromanaged but you must be available and push yourself to be assigned projects. Small teams and able work remotely A push toward self improvement is necessary to be able to contribute. Managers/supervisors were approachable.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Sometimes assigned tickets that you don't have much knowledge about but you have to learn quickly to support customers who pay for time and material. Totally remote work and one could lose touch with coworkers.
