      Upper management has no idea what actually goes on in the shop. Unrealistic expectations depending on your coworkers. Bad management and coworkers can inhibit full pay potential. 10 hour day schedule

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
