Pros

Techs were pretty good, the regional manager I have a lot of respect for. I think the store manager is too greedy, with pay plans that sit on a desk for months, and building repairs needing to be done with a garage door being held up by vice grips, it all comes down to gross profit and the bottom line, if you are okay with forcing things out the door that you wouldn't accept yourself as a customer then go for it. This was a much different location when the regional manager was running it. Be prepared to be expected to run 30 or 40 vehicles at a time. Also be prepared to to look the other way when a car is sitting out front "done" It's McDonald's. Except McDonald's is consistent.

Cons

Carrot on the string, vehicles being completed with substandard repairs, RM is a good guy but The store manager , I didn't align with . If you have a focus on quality, this will be a difficult position . As long as it's OK it's good enough. I think the amount of drop offs they want you to process and get out the door in a day is unrealistic.
