Pros

None, stay away, they mess with your pay and don’t care about the health and safety of their employees or customers.

Cons

They will promise you certain pays and then not fulfill said promises. Even if you have it in writing from them. Upper management is all about business and the insurance companies they’re in bed with. They do not care about their employees or center managers. They bring down the hammer and then when their managers ask for help from upper management, nothing is done. They will work you into the ground and not pay you properly. Lower paid employees will offer solutions to help resolve the issues, upper management won’t listen. They mess up your checks constantly and will take weeks if not months to address it. Unless youre prepared to tap into your savings, stay far away from this disgraceful company. Also. They really don’t care about their employees health. They had an employee waiting for their COVID results. Said employee had no symptoms but had a signed doctors note stating that they MUST self quarantine until the results are available. Caliber required said employee to come to work and said “just stay away from others.” Don’t work here and do not take your car here because they don’t care about your health or ability to pay your bills. Oh. And when you reach out to “HR”? Good luck. There’s no resources here for their employees.

Pros

Good insurance, good coworkers, close

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
