      Pros

      The company is in heavy growth mode which is very exciting and promising for the future. There are some really great people who work at Caliber.

      Cons

      Company is losing sight of major things because they are so focused on growing and meeting what seems to be some type of quota (or bonus based on new business). Departments do not communicate with each other which hurts everyone. There are many individuals in Management roles who are no where near qualified.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
