      OT allowed. Roth 401k. No weekends. Views Memorial Day as an actual paid holiday. Pet insurance option is different.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Under appreciated. Gift cards to *overpriced coffee company* are not compensation. Company constantly boasting the growth, but its because they stand on the shoulders of giants (the misused employee). No store autonomy; all decisions get sent to regional mgrs.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
