Pros
CallSource has been a blessing. Just like anything else in life, you get out what you put in. Tough days are inevitable in any profession but so are good ones. The office is filled with smiling faces, ringing bells when opportunities are created and deals are closed that are followed with a round of applause, creative and exciting holiday parties, and lotttts of candy and bagels. And while those things are great, here is what CallSource really provides for the people here: The ability to be creative in helping the company and your teammates achieve more as a whole, an environment to step outside of your comfort zone and let your voice be heard, the tools, insight and mentors necessary to not only help other businesses but to help design your life personally. Management understands that each department is operated as its own little business under the umbrella of CallSource... especially the SDR team. With the support and dedication of the entire company, Matt W. has helped pave the way for future of this company with the the processes and structure that have been implemented since I've began my career here. I'm continuously learning day by day and love putting new things to practice. Overall, CallSource is a MUST experience if you can create that opportunity. If you want to speak with the owner, president, upper management, whoever... all you gotta do is walk over and start talking. The amount of experience you gain here with access to so many brilliant minds is outrageous.
Cons
Too much candy and bagels. I'm trying to maintain my slim(ish) figure. I lost 10 pounds with Jenny and gained it all back with CallSource. ...I don't blame the company though. I blame the bagels.
