      Pros

      It has rotation program where employees can work with many division and learn different skill ,moreover decide at the end which area of civil engineering to choose and work at.It motivates workers to further their education and pay partially the fees of the school.

      Cons

      Promotion is very hard to earn. many supervisors do not have training until they become supervisors.

      * most executives and office chief leaderships are supportive and easy to talk to. * great diversity in the workplace, with many people from varying background being represented and promoted. * great work-life balance if you're a specialist.

      Cons

      * some senior branch chiefs end up working on weekends. * not specific to department, but state workers keep getting their raises cut.
