      Honestly, I don't think there are any Cons. The only con I can think of is the furlough going on right now.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
