      Pros

      Good work environment. The employees worked well with each other at work and outside of work. Still have friends and gathering with the people I worked with during my years there. Good team environment no place is perfect.

      Cons

      No real negatives to speak of my manager and upper management treated me well. I was respected and able to share my views about the deparment I worked within.

      Pros

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
