Trained staff are leaving almost weekly so little experience remains. No technical leadership - site leadership is just interested in revenue. Very high stress because timelines are too short to do a decent job. Poor pay (graduate salaries even though you have years of experience). Scientists don’t feel valued. Equipment operating at full capacity with breakdowns common. Inexperience of project leaders is painfully obvious. No clear plan for the future of the company.
