      Pros

      Supportive team members and manager, opportunities to lead projects and have a broad impact across the company, employee events (even small things at the site) are frequent, and communication from the new site leader and business unit leader is transparent. Generally a good work/life balance with empathetic and forward-thinking HR.

      Cons

      The company is owned by private equity and can run pretty lean in terms of staff, so the workload can feel heavy at times. 2023 bonuses weren't great but the business unit seems to be working better together now.

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
