      Perfect for introverts, this is a phone job that doesn't require you actually talk to anyone. At the same time, it is meaningful because you provide a needed service.

      Though the job is easy and perhaps not worth a super high paycheck, the compensation is too low.

      Job had great benefits for employees, fairly easy and straightforward

      Cons

      Very micromanaging - especially with time and schedule adherence. Very stressful with high call volume - only seconds between calls and still expected to do tasks in between.
