Pros
It has a big family atmosphere. Very laid back and inviting. Fun place to work with plenty of tvs around the office and freedom to socialize as long as you are doing your job and meeting goals. Easy job to do and be successful at. They are good at giving recognition where it is due, as well as motivating the staff with little meetings and 1:1(even though it's not as often as necessary) Make better money than working retail or something similar, with little to no effort.
Cons
Lots of constant change. You can expect to walk into work and be in a different pre sales department than you were the day before with a new manager and new co-workers but luckily after it happens so many times, you know everyone already and you pick it up quickly. Some managers never had any constructive advice but always wanted to harp on you for not producing good enough numbers. Sales department has a serious drug problem and not always the friendliest or most professional demeanor when taking your calls. Training wasn't great when I was there; was mostly just how to use the systems and phones but not so much on how to actually do the call part and be successful. They had you figure that part out on your own, as you go.
