No Work Life Balance - Customer Service Representative CarShield Employee Review

This place is very unprofessional. Upper management constantly makes light of the harsh customer treatment of employees. The systems never work. Phone systems and timecard systems are always malfunctioning with repercussions falling on lower-level employees. The bathrooms don't even work at this place, you have to walk to the shared building next door to use their facilities. Work anywhere but here.
