Pros

The pay is good, and other employees are very nice. The seniors are nice, 50% of the time.

Cons

Sseniors are mean 50% of the time, and your basically cold calling 75% of time. They are constantly changing the policies, and making it harder and harder to reach bonuses every month.

We understand that helping our customers can be a challenge at times — they’re often going through a difficult time in their lives and need our empathetic, expert guidance navigating senior living or senior care needs, and to help ease any worry, frustration, fear, or sadness they’re feeling. Please discuss with your Performance Success Coach or another member of our referral services management team any concerns or struggles you’re having as a Family Advisor, to ensure you’re getting the support you need to both optimize your experience at Caring and help us deliver excellence in our social mission. It also sounds like there may be a misunderstanding of Caring’s time-off policies, so be sure to discuss the Employee Handbook and Call Center Attendance policies with your manager or HR too (those policies are not constantly changing, and describe what to do if you cannot work due to hospitalization or need to take time off to care for immediate family members).

Pros

Acquisition by Silver Assist gave Caring more runway and hopefully investment. On paper, the synergy between Silver Assist and Caring is undeniable.

Cons

Silver Assist's culture and operating model is very different than Caring's. Silver Assist may not value Caring employees or create a great environment.
