Handling of emergency situations below par especially when dealing with cancer causing chemicals. Bully tactics and guilt trips are common. Managers and supervisors, swear, yell and fight with each other on the floor in front of employees and then will suggest how to live your life at home using carpenter values. Lol what a joke. Union is in the company's pocket and anything outside of attendance or arguments with coworkers, the unions hands are tied. Very self-serving
