Pros
Each office is run separate, but you still have the other offices as a network and reference. Decent amount of PTO and benefits are comparable. Hours are NO WHERE near as tough as other firms in the area
Cons
The individual office way can lead to disorganization. And we are constantly merging in new firms which can had lead to some management disagreements, which trickles down.
