Given opportunity to grow from day 1. Monthly check-ins conducted by manager and listen to feedback employees have. As a consultant you get to work with multiple departments and learn multiple skills sets. You get to work with clients from multiple industries and a wide geographical landscape. Getting to work with other consultants whom have varying experience is a part of daily work and allows for continuing growth.
Cons
Be ready to track time and enter it daily. You have to work 40 hours each week and do not get to work 80 hours in two weeks, as you can in other companies.
