Pros
The team and community is excellent. Co-workers and partners are easy to work with. There is somewhat of a path to be promoted, but it is not tightly defined and at one person's discretion. Work environment is pleasant.
Cons
One person makes all decisions with hand-selected committees for agreement. The internal referral program for portfolio companies has not paid due commissions for months. Do not trust the word of anyone saying what you will be paid because all payouts must be agreed to and signed by one individual.
