Pros
They had a good education scheme were you could do 100% paid education. This was also a secure company to work for. They maintained their company car fleet well.
Cons
The corporate culture was very bad. A lot of old boys not wanting this to change. There was a very high staff turnover. Internal pricing between departments caused the sell price to customers to be over inflated which made making sales very difficult. We were selling the exact same product at a much higher price most of the time. The IT systems were also very bad. There was no CRM and the actual computer hardware was very old and slow. Overall it sounds bad however if some of the old boys departed the company it would enable a change in the culture which would make it a great place to work.
