      Pros

      Good ethics culture and good set of technological capabilities. Very process oriented. Many opportunities to build businesses if you are willing to take risks.

      Cons

      Revolving door of top leadership has led to lack of focus and direction throughout the business units. Poor organizational and leadership development. Career growth seems to be more base on who you know than how you perform.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
