Pros
Great training and learning experience for someone right out of college. Most of the other employees are smart and motivated people, so you learn a lot from your co-workers.
Cons
There is the expectation that work will always come before your personal life. Management knows that people get burnt out after a couple of years and chose to increase recruiting instead of focusing on talent retention.
