Getting pay raises is difficult. Company difficult to reach for answers regarding pay and benefits at times. Non-existant managment means very independant work.

Outstanding leadership team, people are friendly and easy to work with.

Poorly organized nurse orientation, which resulted in my making a lot or mistakes when I first started working. Because of that, I did not get the caseload I anticipated and wound up being cut from full time benefitted to contract status.
