Understaffed and underfunded - Anonymous employee Catalyst Paper Employee Review

CatalystPaper is notorious for overloading the workload of the motivated/competent employees and letting others coast by with little to no expectations. Certain staff are eligible for overtime, however the group that work 90% of the late hrs and call in are not. Paper Excellence does not pay their bills in a timely matter and due to that most suppliers have black listed them making it incredibly hard to run day to day operations.
