Pros
401k match and health benefits. Attending or working at scientific trade shows can be nice experiences if you are in good with your boss and Marketing. If not, you probably won't get selected to go.
Cons
Notoriously low paying for the industry. There is so much nepotism. The corporate culture is like a boys club. It's very difficult for women to get promoted and middle management is comprised of mostly men. Misogyny and sexism are well tolerated. If you have any issues with management, don't go to HR. You are better off leaving the company.
