Pros

The only pro was that I adored the majority of my clients and a couple of coworkers

Cons

pay is awful for the amount of work put in; difficult to get paid for overtime; on snow days, you must take PTO = unfair; care more about documentation, numbers, and productivity than patient care; supervisor was horrible and had less education than me; gossipy office environment; supervisor talked behind workers' backs and did nothing; male supervisor refused to take on a male client who made me very uncomfortable re: sex addiction; supervisor proceeded to tell me how other therapists had nearly been raped on the job; cliques; ALL ABOUT MONEY AND DOCUMENTATION; SUPPOSED TO BE "NON-PROFIT"; WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANY QUALIFIED WORKER
