Lots of overtime. It's easy. Repetive. Once you learn how to do it it's always the same. I love it. I could not work as much overtime at any other call center. My paychecks are massive.

Pissy self entitled callers. Nobody owes you your check being cashed because of circumstances brought about by you. Oh, I'll never shop there again ! Me : oh I'm so... NEXT
This company treats its employees like sht. I’ve seen HR force people to work when they’re relatives have died. And they expect everyone to still come into the office whenever there’s a tropical storm or hurricane - even if all the public businesses and schools nearby are closed. Management treats everyone badly and it just keeps getting worse. There’s a lot of favoritism and childish tantrums and immaturity throughout the staff. It’s an uncomfortable work environment most of the time. Plus, the pay is really low.
