*Really bad management, appear to be just plain dumb. *Not progressive *No respect for employees *The place as more security cams both inside and out, then I have ever seen at any other retirement home. *Management wants to know where you are at all times, even if you go to the bathroom. *Mission statement is just that a statement. *Management puts on a smiley face, only for special times...like when there are any family members around. *They make up lies about you, if they don't like you, and try their best to make your life a living hell in hopes you will quit!
